Ed Shields is a seasoned professional in capital project management, currently serving as Senior Capital Projects Manager at Coastal Ridge Real Estate since August 2021, where responsibilities include acting as Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for capital improvement projects across student and conventional multi-family housing communities. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager at M+A Architects from May 2015 to August 2021, specializing in multi-family development for various markets, and holding similar roles at Dean Wenz Architects and Karlsberger. Ed Shields began the career as an Architectural Intern at Karlsberger, focusing on the Dell Children's Medical Center project. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from The Ohio State University.
