Rebecca Oliver Mills

Rebecca handles talent and culture at Coastal Source. She focuses on implementing their strategic hiring plans as well as the overall execution of employee onboarding. Additionally, Rebecca proudly heads up their internal culture initiative, ECHO, which includes team events and community outreach programs.

Family focused, Rebecca devotes her love and time to her husband and children. Weekends are spent with family, largely going to youth sporting events. When she gets a moment to herself, Rebecca enjoys running, yoga, and catching up on her reading. After that, it’s time to curl up and catch an episode from a Netflix or Prime show.
