Amy Feldman

Amy Feldman has a diverse and extensive work experience that spans over several decades. Amy is currently working as the VP of Finance at Coaster Cycles since June 2021. Amy has also worked as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Controller for various companies in different industries since January 2001. Amy'sresponsibilities in this role included financial advisory, managing financial and human resource activities, establishing accounting systems, creating management reporting, establishing banking relationships, managing payroll, and developing budgets and cash flow projections.

From September 2001 to June 2021, Amy worked as a Fractional CFO/Controller at their own company, Amy R. Feldman, where they provided financial expertise to entrepreneurs and high-growth business owners. Amy specialized in strategically analyzing accounting and financial procedures to improve efficiency.

Amy has also held the position of CFO at BusinessGhost, Inc. from March 2016 to November 2018, and at Christie & Associates from March 2013 to August 2017. In these roles, they were responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting.

Prior to that, Amy served as the CFO of eFoundry Corporation, a software company, from July 2001 to September 2008. Amy'sresponsibilities included overseeing finance, accounting, and human resources, as well as forecasting and managing cash flow, establishing and managing a line of credit, negotiating benefits and administering the 401K Plan.

Before their CFO roles, Amy worked as the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Retail Operations at Paragon Capital from September 1998 to January 2001. Amy'sduties involved negotiating, originating, underwriting, and monitoring working capital financing for emerging, turnaround, and troubled companies. Amy also introduced extensive business plan analysis to enhance the underwriting process.

Amy's earlier experience includes working as the CFO at Sight Resource Corporation, a public multi-state optical retailer and manufacturer, from February 1997 to September 1998. Amy participated in due diligence on merger and acquisition candidates and successfully integrated two chains into the company. Additionally, they implemented cash forecasting and management procedures and negotiated insurance coverage.

Amy began their career at TJ Maxx in 1991, holding various financial roles in finance and merchandising until 1996. During their time at TJ Maxx, they worked as a Financial Control Manager, Merchandise Analysis Manager, Financial Planning Manager, and Sr. Financial Analyst, gaining valuable experience in different aspects of finance and merchandising.

Amy Feldman attended the Questrom School of Business at Boston University from 1976 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus in Accounting. Amy then pursued further education at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 1980 to 1982, obtaining a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
