Jean Geraghty

Jean Geraghty, SPHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at CoastHills Credit Union since November 2013, Jean oversees HR functions for approximately 200 employees. Previous roles include Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter at Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center, Benefits Specialist at Your People Professionals, and multiple HR positions at NuVision Federal Credit Union and Telesis Community Credit Union. Jean holds a BA in Sociology/Criminology from California State University, Northridge, and has an extensive background in employee training, recruitment, benefits administration, and HR operations.
