Ashley Phelps

Ashley Phelps has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ashley currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Coast since January 2023. Previously, they worked as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Melio from May 2021 to September 2022, where they developed and executed customer outreach strategies, optimized analytics reporting, and reduced churn drivers. Prior to that, they were a Dedicated Customer Care Representative at Mérieux NutriSciences - North America from July 2018 to April 2021. Ashley also served as an English Language Assistant at Lycée Pierre D'Aragon from October 2017 to May 2018 and as a Social Media Manager at Sarasota Film Festival from February 2017 to May 2017.
