Eddie Washington

Eddie Washington has held a variety of roles in the workforce since 2010. Eddie began their career as a Management Consultant for Bueno Consulting, LLC in 2010. Eddie then took on the role of Boys' Varsity Basketball Coach & Health and Wellness Teacher at Codman Academy Charter Public School in the same year. In 2012, they became a Developer in Residence at General Assembly, where they co-instructed four, 3-hour part-time classes per week for 10 weeks. Eddie was also part of the instructional team that still holds the record for highest Net Promoter Score. In 2015, they were hired as a Technology Recruiter at Genius and was quickly promoted to Recruiting Lead, where they grew the company from 35 to 70+ and scaled out the Engineering, Sales, and Content departments. In 2016, they became a Senior Advisor & Adjunct Instructor (Rutgers University) at Trilogy Education. In 2021, they became an Advisor at Highnote and took on the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at Coast. Eddie is currently an Advisor at Enrich Scholars.

Eddie Washington attended Hampton University from 2006 to 2009, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Prior to that, they attended Howard University from 2005 to 2006, studying Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
