Shipra Choudhury

Shipra Choudhury has held several roles in the Human Resources field since 2005. Shipra began their career as a Recruitment Specialist for GE in 2005. In 2007, they moved to Target, where they held the roles of Senior HR Business Partner and Recruiter. In 2011, they joined Flipkart.com as an HR Manager. In 2013, they became the Head of HR for Accolite India (now Accolite Digital). In 2017, they joined TEKsystems as a Senior Manager. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Aurigo Software Technologies as the Director of HR and Leading Talent Acquisition, People & Culture. In 2022, they are set to become the Chief People Officer at Coastr.

Shipra Choudhury completed their MBA in HR and Marketing from Mount Carmel Institute of Management in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a BBM in Finance & Marketing from Mount Carmel College in 2002. Shipra also attended D.A.V. Group of Schools, Chennai.
