Francesca Okosi

Francesca Okosi currently serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Macmillan Cancer Support since August 2024. Prior to this role, Francesca held the same title at NHS North East London from June 2022 to July 2024, focusing on workforce responsibilities, health and wellbeing, and talent management. Francesca also served as the Executive Director of People and Organisational Effectiveness at The Nursing and Midwifery Council from October 2020 to February 2022, and as Director of People at the General Pharmaceutical Council from June 2017 to October 2020. Earlier experience includes the position of Director of Workforce Transformation at South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust from September 2014 to April 2017. Francesca's educational background includes an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Sunderland.
