Mick Coulter

Mick Coulter is an accomplished IT Service Management professional with extensive experience across various roles in multiple organizations. Currently serving as the ITSM Service Improvement Manager/Consultant at Coates since July 2023, Mick has a proven track record of enhancing IT operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Prior to this, Mick held several significant positions at the Fair Work Ombudsman from September 2015 to December 2022, including Director of Technology Service Management and Director of Vendor and Customer Management, overseeing IT application support, service management, cyber security, and governance. Additionally, Mick's experience includes leadership roles at the NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation, Fujitsu Australia Limited, KAZ, and the Royal Australian Navy, demonstrating a broad skillset in IT infrastructure, project management, and customer relations.
