Alexandra Hirsch

Alexandra Hirsch is an experienced finance professional with a strong focus on sustainable investing and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. Currently serving as the Head of ESG at Coatue since June 2023, Alexandra has previously held significant roles at BlackRock, where responsibilities included leading sustainable product research and design, along with acting as the Director of Sustainable Investing. Additional experience includes positions at Oak Hill Advisors, L.P. as Principal of Client Coverage, and at Shenkman Capital Management in client service and business development. Earlier career roles include internships and trading positions at major financial institutions such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Dresdner Kleinwort. Alexandra holds an MBA in Analytical Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Political Science from Colgate University.
