Amit Mukherjee

Amit Mukherjee is an experienced investment professional currently serving as Operating Partner at Coatue since May 2024, following a similar role at Village Global from August 2023 to May 2024. Previously, Mukherjee founded and was the Managing Partner at Chainforest, a community dedicated to crypto education and investment, from April 2021 to August 2023. Mukherjee was a Partner at New Enterprise Associates (NEA) from June 2012 to December 2021, focusing on consumer internet businesses and involved in notable investments such as Duolingo and Jet. Early in their career, Mukherjee worked in TMT Investment Banking at JP Morgan from 2010 to 2012, gaining significant transaction experience in the Internet and Digital Media sector. Mukherjee holds an AB in Economics with a Finance Certificate, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Princeton University, and is an alumnus of The Harker School.
