Rick Smith

Rick Smith has a significant amount of experience in the construction industry. Rick started their career in 1996 as a Horizontal Auger Bore supervisor at Culy Construction. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a Project Superintendent at Culy Contracting, Inc. In 2016, Rick joined Culy Construction & Power Services, LLC as a Project Manager and later became the Regional Vice President - Central. In 2018, they became the Operations Manager at Cobalt Civil LLC, which was re-branded from Culy Construction & Excavating. Currently, Rick is serving as the President of Cobalt Civil, LLC since May 2019. Throughout their career, Rick has gained extensive experience in managing civil projects, overseeing multiple projects, and ensuring high-quality deliverables within budget and in a timely manner.
