Michael Blue

Michael Blue currently serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Community Engagement at Cobalt Credit Union, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Michael was the Manager of Corporate & AFL-CIO Relations at the United Way of the Midlands from October 2022 to November 2025. Michael's earlier experience includes working as an Account Executive and Business Development Associate at Firespring from July 2019 to March 2022, as well as contributing to the New Ventures Studio at Salesian Life Choices for a brief period in 2019. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences Business Services from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
