Kieran Timmins

Kieran Timmins has extensive leadership experience in the housing and public sector, currently serving as Chair of Cobalt Housing Limited since September 2015, where significant achievements include successfully leading a demerger and attaining V1/G1 in the first IDA. Additionally, Kieran holds the position of Board Member and Chair of the Governance Committee at Alpha Homes. Previous roles include Group Director of Finance and Risk at Prima Group, where Kieran was instrumental in achieving the organization's first successful IDA and restructuring for growth, and Managing Director at Sygnet Services Ltd, providing consultancy on significant projects, including a £24 million asset plan for a fire authority. Kieran also served as a Lay Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at West Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group and spent a notable tenure as Deputy Chief Executive at Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service. Kieran's educational background includes an Engineer’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from The University of Manchester.
