Nader Tavakoli

Nader Tavakoli has extensive experience in various roles within the financial industry. Nader founded and led an event-driven and special situation private investment partnership at EagleRock Capital Management, achieving substantial gains and receiving recognition as Global Event Driven Manager of the Year. Nader also served as Chairman, CEO, and President at Ambac, successfully restructuring and repositioning the company. Tavakoli's work at MF Global as Director and Litigation Trustee involved analyzing the company's failure and maximized stakeholder recoveries. Additionally, they held senior positions at Highbridge Capital Management, Odyssey Partners, Cowen and Company, and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Most recently, Tavakoli has served as a Plan Administrator and CEO at Cobalt International Energy and as a Trustee at Toys"R"Us.

Nader Tavakoli pursued their education at Rutgers Law School from 1980 to 1983, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a concentration in the field of Law.
