Josh Greeson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in customer success, sales, and business development. Starting in 1993, they served as a Satellite Communications Team Chief and Military Police in the US Army, responsible for tactical satellite communication systems operation and maintenance, along with leadership and training of their team. After leaving the army in 2001, they joined DISH Network as a Field Sales Development Representative, where they achieved exceptional sales performance and trained the team on their successful strategies. In 2005, they became the Business Owner and Manager of Amazing Hands Massage Therapy. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Apex Technology Management, Inc., where they significantly increased the company's top-line Annual Recurring Revenue and successfully gained government and public sector clients. Following that, they held customer success and sales roles at CBE Office Solutions and TPx Communications. Most recently, starting in April 2023, they are serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager (Strategic Accounts) at Cobalt.
