Anai Patel

Anai Patel currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Cobalt Service Partners since March 2025, and previously held the same title at Cloud5 Communications from August 2023 to March 2025. At Cloud5, Anai was instrumental in financial leadership for a private equity-backed company specializing in telephony and IT services for various markets. Prior to these roles, Anai was the VP of Finance for the Americas at Essentra from November 2014 to August 2023, overseeing financial operations across multiple countries in a manufacturing and distribution environment. Anai also contributed as the Corporate Development Director at Essentra, managing M&A and strategy on a global scale, and gained experience in M&A at KPMG Corporate Finance. Anai's early career includes a position as a Policy Advisor at HM Treasury and internships at Citi and Standard & Poor's. Anai holds a degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
