Gatis Flinters

Gatis Flinters is a distinguished legal professional with over 25 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Partner at COBALT Legal since January 2016, Gatis contributes to a leading consortium of law offices in the Baltics, providing strategic legal support for both routine corporate matters and complex multi-jurisdictional projects. Gatis also imparts knowledge as a Guest Lecturer in Company Law at the Riga Graduate School of Law since February 2019. Prior to this, Gatis held partnership and associate roles at Borenius from September 2006 to December 2015. Gatis holds a Master of Laws in International Business Law from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor of Laws from Latvijas Universitate.
