Kristel Raidla-Talur

Kristel Raidla-Talur is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Partner at COBALT Legal since October 2015. Prior to this role, Kristel held the position of Partner at Attorneys at Law Borenius in Estonia from September 2003 to October 2015, where responsibilities included advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and competition matters. Kristel began the legal career as an Associate and later as a Senior Associate, also focusing on M&A, PE, VC, and competition law. Kristel holds an LLM in Law from the University of Cambridge (2005-2006) and a BA in Law from the University of Tartu (1999-2003).
