Laura Frolov

Laura Frolov is a highly experienced legal professional with a robust background in procurement and law. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at COBALT Legal since April 2024, Laura has honed expertise in procurements. Previous positions include a lawyer at Elering from August 2022 to April 2024 and Senior Procurement Manager at Eesti Energia from March 2018 to August 2022. Additionally, Laura served as a Procurement Specialist at Eesti Töötukassa and an IT Specialist at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications for Estonia.
