Becky Reu

Becky Reu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, strategic planning, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office at CoBank since December 2017, Becky oversees a project portfolio exceeding $30 million. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Strategic Project Planning and Execution at Transformation Leadership Associates, Inc., and Vice President of the Transformation Office at Western Union, where significant expense savings were identified. Becky's tenure at Crocs, Inc. involved leadership in enterprise-wide change management and the establishment of a Global Project Management Office. Earlier in Becky's career at Seagate Technology, a notable achievement was introducing cross-functional initiatives that are still in use today.
