John Deluca

John DeLuca has a strong background in the finance industry. John started their career in 1991 as a Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual. John then joined Radian Asset Assurance Inc. in 1994, where they held various roles including Consultant and Senior Vice President. During their time at Radian Asset Assurance Inc., they played a key role in establishing market presence and building the direct financial guaranty business. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Fitch Ratings as a Senior Director, where they managed business development and outreach programs targeting the U.S. public finance sector. Since 2016, they have been with CoBank as a Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager, providing credit and financial solutions to small non-profit and municipal water and waste water companies.

John DeLuca attended Hofstra University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing.
