Karen Wade

Karen Wade has extensive experience in administrative and legal management roles, currently serving as the Legal Management System Administrator at CoBank, ACB since November 2011, where responsibilities include leading the management of the Legal E-billing/Matter Management System and acting as the primary point of contact for legal matters. Previously, Karen held various positions such as Executive Assistant to the SVP & Managing Counsel in the Legal Division at CoBank, and managed numerous high-profile fundraising events as Event Coordinator/Office Director at the Alliance for Choice in Education. With a Bachelor's degree in Applied Social Science from Colorado State University Global and a strong background in event management and executive support, Karen has demonstrated expertise in creating process flows, managing enterprise networks, and facilitating communication across multiple departments.
