Kavita Rao

Kavita Rao has extensive work experience in the banking and technology industry. Kavita is currently working at CoBank as the SVP and Chief Information Officer (CIO). Prior to this, they held various roles at City National Bank, including SVP and Chief Digital Officer, where they led the digital transformation program and built digital capabilities for the bank. Kavita also worked at Capital One as the Director of Emerging Merchant Insights and Senior Manager of Card Technology, and at Citi as an SVP and IT Relationship Manager. Additionally, Kavita has experience at J.P. Morgan as an IT Program Manager and at Bank One as an Application Development Lead. Kavita has a strong background in technology strategy, digital transformation, program management, and team leadership.

Kavita Rao holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of Chicago. Additionally, they have obtained a Master's degree in Economics from Banaras Hindu University. In 2009, Kavita obtained a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP).
