Theresa Degroote

Theresa DeGroote currently serves as a Senior Threat Management Security Analyst at CoBank since May 2022. Previously, Theresa held various roles at deepwatch, progressing from Security Analyst I to SOC Analyst II, where responsibilities included customer reporting and training new analysts. Theresa began a career in cybersecurity after completing the HUNT program at SecureSet in June 2019, receiving the Wolf Leadership Award. Prior marketing leadership positions spanned several companies, including Secure64 Software, zvelo, Inc., Pax8, TruEffect, and McAfee, with a focus on managing strategy, demand generation, and product marketing initiatives. Theresa founded Phlare, Inc. and has also worked as a Product Manager at MatchLogic/Excite@Home. Educational credentials include an MBA in International Business from Saint Mary's College of California and a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado Denver.
