Alexandra Yeganegi

Alexandra Yeganegi, Ed. S., serves as the ELA Department Chair and Educator at Cobb County School District since July 2012, bringing extensive experience in education and leadership. Previously, Alexandra held roles as a Supervising Master Teacher at Kennesaw State University from July 2022 to December 2023, and as a Special Projects Contractor at CommonLit from May 2022 to August 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as the Home Studies and Referrals Manager, Writer, and Editor at FaithBridge Foster Care from October 2008 to November 2010. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Language from The University of Georgia, an MAT in English & Literacy with a focus on Instructional Technology from Georgia State University, and an Ed.S. in Secondary Education, Curriculum and Instruction, and Instructional Technology from the University of West Georgia. Additionally, Alexandra studied at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), obtaining a License des Lettres Modernes in French language, literature, and linguistics.
