Debbie Stinchcomb

Debbie Stinchcomb has extensive experience in accounting and financial management within the education sector, having worked for the Cobb County School District since August 1988. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Capital Projects Accounting & Accounts Payable, Stinchcomb oversees capital outlay accounting, budgeting, auditing, and financial reporting activities. Previous roles within the district include Capital Projects/Accounts Payable Accountant, Accounting Manager for both Capital Projects and general accounting, and Capital Projects Accounting Specialist. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Paraprofessional at Compton ES and a Real Estate Agent at Northside Realty, as well as Collections Manager and Lead Teller at C&S Bank. Stinchcomb holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kennesaw State University, earned between 2003 and 2012.
