Brian Bauer

Brian Bauer has a diverse range of work experiences in the golf and hospitality industry. Brian has served as a General Manager / COO at Cobblestone Creek Country Club since 2020 and previously held the same role at Hawk Pointe Golf Club from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they were the General Manager / COO at Statesville Country Club from 2013 to 2017, where they oversaw a major renovation project.

Brian also has experience outside of the golf industry, having worked as a Logistics Manager at Brand Aromatics from 2012 to 2013. Brian has extensive experience as a golf professional, having served as the Director of Golf at Trump National Golf Club from 2008 to 2012 and as the General Manager / Director of Golf at The Majors Golf Club at Bayside Lakes from 1999 to 2008.

Before their management roles, Brian worked as a Head Golf Professional at Glenwood Country Club from 1995 to 1999 and as an Assistant Golf Professional at Forsgate Country Club from 1988 to 1995. Brian began their career in the hospitality industry as a Prep Cook at Battleground Country Club in 1986.

Brian Bauer attended Georgia State University in 2008, where they studied Business Management with a focus on General Management. In 2003, they pursued further education in Business Management at Michigan State University, specializing in General Management. Brian also obtained a degree in Sound Engineering from the Institute of Audio Research, which they attended from 1987 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, Brian has obtained a certification in BMI Leadership Principles from the Club Management Association of America in 2021.
