Fungai Mahiya

Fungai Mahiya, LLM, currently serves as the Legal, Compliance and Contracts Officer at Cobblestone Energy, where responsibilities include overseeing legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for energy trading across the Middle East, Europe, and the UK, along with the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Previously, Fungai held positions as Legal & Compliance Officer at Matrix Africa, providing legal advice and conducting compliance audits, and as Law Associate at Saidi Law Firm and Legal Researcher at the Centre for Applied Legal Research, focusing on legal research and analysis. Fungai Mahiya earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Witwatersrand and two Master of Laws (LLM) degrees in Environmental Law and Governance from North-West University.
