Furqaan Thakur

Furqaan Thakur started their work experience as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Bolt IoT in December 2019. During their time there, they made successful sales without any advertising expenditure, learned marketing, copywriting, and customer support skills.

In January 2020, Furqaan participated in the Smart India Hackathon 2020 and was part of a team that developed a robust, secure, and user-friendly web app using Django, Bootstrap, and custom designs. They implemented features such as analytics and reporting. The hackathon lasted until August 2020, and Furqaan and their team emerged as winners.

After the hackathon, Furqaan joined URHope as a Frontend Developer in May 2020 and worked there until December 2020. In December 2020, they joined Snoop Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Full Stack Web Developer and worked until April 2021.

From June 2021 to July 2022, Furqaan worked as a Software Developer at Tata Consultancy Services. Presently, they are employed at Cobblestone Energy as a Software Developer, starting in July 2022.

Furqaan Thakur completed their education in a chronological order. Furqaan started their formal education at Anjuman-I-Islam's Allana English High School, where they obtained their SSC degree between the years 2006 and 2015. After that, they pursued a higher education in the field of Computer Science. From 2015 to 2017, they attended Wilson College Chowpatty Mumbai 400 007 and earned their HSC degree. Subsequently, Furqaan Thakur enrolled at the University of Mumbai, where they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from 2017 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Furqaan Thakur also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Furqaan achieved the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in November 2021. In June 2021, they received the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification. Furqaan Thakur also holds the React Frontend Certification from HackerRank, which they obtained in December 2020. Furthermore, they completed the Fundamentals of Analyzing Real Estate Investments certification from Udemy in August 2020, and the Python and Django Full Stack Web Developer Bootcamp certification from Udemy in the same month and year.
