Antonio Prats has over 20 years of experience in materials engineering, with roles that include working as a Senior Principal Materials Engineer at CAES, a Principal Consultant at a medical device consulting firm, and a Principal Materials Engineer at Olympus Surgical Technologies America. Antonio has also worked at companies such as Quantum Leap Packaging, Emerson & Cuming, Universal Instruments, Howmet, and General Electric, where they gained expertise in materials selection, failure analysis, and process improvement. Antonio has managed and mentored technicians and engineers, developed testing methodologies, and led projects in various industries, exhibiting a strong background in materials science and engineering field.
Antonio Prats received their Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University in 1994. Antonio then went on to earn their Master of Science degree in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1997.
