Greg Bagwell Cbe

Greg Bagwell CB CBE currently serves as Executive Director and various other roles at Cobham since July 2017, including Employer Pension Trustee, Executive Vice President of Business Development, and Strategic Advisor to the CEO. Additionally, Greg is an Advisor at Ultra Electronics Group since November 2023, Partnership Director at NATS since October 2022, and Chairman Facilitator at Windsor Leadership since May 2022. As President of The Air and Space Power Association since November 2016, Greg leads initiatives to enhance understanding of air and space military exploitation. Greg has also been a Distinguished Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute since August 2016 and held previous leadership roles at L2 Network Ltd and the UK Ministry of Defence. A former Fighter Pilot in the Royal Air Force, Greg holds an MSc in Defence & Political Science from the University of Madras and completed the Strategic Leaders Programme at Windsor Leadership Trust.
