Kevin Henderson

Kevin Henderson is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in test design and team management. Currently serving as a Principal Test Design Engineer at Cobham since 2012, Kevin leads hardware test design efforts, overseeing both hands-on testing and automated platforms. Previous roles at Cobham include Antenna Products Value Stream Manager and Electronic Systems Value Stream Supervisor, where Kevin managed large teams and was accountable for achieving key performance indicators and revenue goals. Earlier career highlights include roles as Technical Specialist at BAE Systems, Test Supervisor at MACOM, and Calibration Technician at Diamonex Optical Products, among others. Kevin holds an Associate’s Degree in Electronics Technology from Lincoln Tech.
