Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Coordinator at Cobli

Larissa Farias has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Larissa started their career at GRU Airport - Aeroporto Internacional de São Paulo, where they participated in a Young Apprentice Program focused on HR activities such as personnel department management. Larissa then joined Citi as a Talent Acquisition Intern, where they managed end-to-end recruitment processes and was responsible for the internship program, including attraction strategy and development. Most recently, Larissa worked at Cobli, initially as a Talent Acquisition Trainee and later progressed to roles such as Talent Acquisition Analyst, Senior, and Lead. In these positions, they focused on the structuring and improvement of recruitment and selection processes for various areas, participated in agile methodologies, and engaged in employer branding activities.

Larissa Farias completed their postgraduate studies from 2020 to 2021 at FIA Business School. Larissa obtained a degree in Strategic Human Resources Management. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, Larissa completed their Bachelor's degree in Administration at Centro Universitário Eniac. No specific field of study was mentioned for their Bachelor's degree.
