Виталий Карако possesses extensive experience in finance and accounting, having served as the Chief Accountant at the Группа компаний "Белфарм" from January 2006 to June 2018. In this role, Виталий was responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the accounting department's operations across the organization and its subsidiaries, overseeing a team of 20 individuals and managing 25 legal entities. Key achievements include developing internal consolidated financial and management reporting, optimizing tax processes, and automating planning and reporting systems. Виталий also has experience in implementing business processes and conducting audits. Prior to this, Виталий worked as an Implementation Specialist at Golden Software from January 2004 to December 2005. Виталий holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Analysis, and Audit in Foreign Economic Activity from the Белорусский государственный экономический университет, obtained between 2000 and 2006.
