As a people person and an avid list maker, Carlotta started her career in the hotel and gastronomy industry, where she developed skills that make her a great fit for her role as their office manager. Her workdays are busy creating the best possible work environment at Cobrainer. Her hobbies include all kinds of activities— yoga, hiking and climbing to name a few—but her real love is food.
