Toni Jackson

Toni Jackson has over 24 years of experience within the Coca-Cola system, serving in various roles including Program Manager for Customer Governance and System of the Future, as well as Business Process Lead for RED capabilities. At Coca-Cola Bottlers' Sales and Services, Toni has been instrumental in developing innovative technologies that enhance bottler execution and streamline business processes. Previous experience includes working at The Coca-Cola Company as a Senior Volume Analyst and Call Center Team Manager, where Toni managed business reporting and led a team of customer service representatives. Toni's career began in the US Army as a Signal Corp Officer, where responsibilities included establishing communication systems for military operations. Toni holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
