Clare Wardle

Clare Wardle is currently the Chair of RBLI’s Development Board at RBLI and General Counsel and Company Secretary at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. Clare has extensive experience in providing business leadership in governance, legal, risk, compliance, and security. Previously, Clare held positions such as Group General Counsel at Kingfisher, Commercial Director at Tube Lines Limited, Head of Legal Services at Post Office Ltd, and IP and Commercial Director at Royal Mail Group Ltd. Clare also has experience as a Non-executive director at ViaCode Ltd and started their career as a Solicitor at Lovells. Clare holds a Master's Degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and additional qualifications in company secretarial, mediation, and competition law.
