Marta Sempere

Marta Sempere has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the People@Culture Vice President for Coca-Cola European Partners Iberia since October 2014. Previously, Marta held significant roles including Directora de Organización, Retribución y Gestión de Personas, and Directora Corporativa Recursos Humanos in the same organization. Prior to joining Coca-Cola European Partners, Marta worked at Casbega as Gerente de Desarrollo de Recursos Humanos and at The Coca-Cola Company in various recruitment and training positions. Marta holds a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and completed a Programa Superior in Dirección Estratégica de Recursos Humanos at IE Business School in 2012.
