Adriana Moreno Marín has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Adriana started their career as a Clinical Psychologist at Clínica Nuestra Señora de la Paz in 2007. Adriana then joined ACR (Alta Consejería para la Reintegración)-Presidencia de la República as a Psychosocial Tutor, where they provided support and guidance to individuals reintegrating into society after the armed conflict.
Adriana transitioned into the field of Human Resources and worked as a Human Talent Manager at Alsea Col, where they developed and managed talent strategies for the organization and its brands. Adriana then became a Human Resources Manager at Starbucks, where they led human talent strategies and provided guidance on employee relations matters.
In 2018, Adriana joined Upfield as a HRBP Manager South Latam & Talent, Wellbeing, Growth & Communications Agenda Lead Latam. In this role, they executed the People's strategy for all clusters in the region, ensured the effective management of HR processes, and structured the HR and Workplaces areas.
Most recently, Adriana held the position of People Lead South Latam & Talent, Performance & Communications Lead Latam at Upfield. Adriana led the People strategy for the region, guaranteed impeccable execution of HR processes, and oversaw the takeover and start-up of a factory in Colombia.
Throughout their career, Adriana has demonstrated expertise in talent management, recruitment, training, and development, as well as a strong ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Adriana Moreno Marín holds a degree in Psychology with a specialization in Human Resources Development from Universidad de Los Andes, which they completed between 2002 and 2007. In addition, they obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Sergio Arboleda. Adriana also has a certification as an Internal Quality Auditor from CQR COTECNA.
