Sarah Greenlee

Sarah Greenlee is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in labor relations and employment law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for Labor Relations & Labor Law at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners since March 2023, Sarah previously held the position of Corporate Lawyer focusing on Employment Law at Merck KGaA in Darmstadt, Germany, from April 2018 to January 2023. Prior roles include Associate in Employment & Compensation at Baker McKenzie from August 2014 to January 2018 and Employment Lawyer at Pflüger Rechtsanwälte from October 2012 to April 2014. Sarah Greenlee earned a Doktorin der Rechte from Ruhr University Bochum and completed the 1st State Exam in Law at Goethe University Frankfurt, having also studied at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and Heidelberg University.
