Véronique Vuillod

Véronique heads CCEP's People and Culture function. Having joined the Coca-Cola bottling system more than 20 years ago, she has worked in many human resources director positions across business units, commercial areas, supply chain and functions, overseeing human resource strategy and partnering with business leaders. She has developed expertise and experience in organizational design and cultural development, talent and leadership development, employee engagement, inclusion, equality and diversity. Most recently, Veronique held the role of Vice President People & Culture France. She began her career as a consultant in management with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

She supports the promotion of Diversity networks and HR best practices and innovations networks.
