Aurea Ramirez has extensive experience at Coca-Cola FEMSA, having held various leadership roles since 2007. Currently, Aurea serves as the Organizational Effectiveness Global Manager, previously holding positions such as Global Compensation & Benefits Manager and HR Digital Transformation Manager, focusing on the implementation of projects for the digitalization of human resources through new technology adoption. From 2011 to 2017, Aurea worked as the Gerente Transformación Operativa Recursos Humanos, covering areas like organization effectiveness and compensation, and further contributed to organizational design and effectiveness in earlier roles from 2008 to 2011.
