Paloma Ileana Lagunas Santoyo

Paloma Ileana Lagunas Santoyo has extensive experience in the IT and project management fields, currently serving as the technical lead for process transformation in the S4Hana program at Coca-Cola FEMSA since October 2012. Her portfolio includes managing Variable Compensation Projects for Human Resources, leading new technologies for Supply Chain Cloud projects, and overseeing the SAP PP team for various LATAM operating countries. Prior experience includes responsibility for SAP APO modules and support for Master Data Management at Diseño Integral de Sistemas Abiertos. Paloma is pursuing an MBA from Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Norte, and holds certifications in Project Management and Agile Methodologies, along with a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad del Valle de México.
