Victor Tiburcio Celorio

Member of the board of directors and audit committee of FEMSA, Grupo Palacio de Hierro SAB de CV, Grupo Financiero Scotiabank Inverlat, SA de CV, Profuturo Afore, SA de CV, Grupo Nacional Providencial SAB, Fresnillo, PLC and the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo from Mexico (ITAM).

He worked for forty-three years at Ernst & Young, where he served as a partner for thirty-three years and as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors for thirteen years until his retirement in 2013. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Standards of Mexican Financial Information and served as President of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants.
