Andrei-Cristian Cornea is an accomplished Talent Acquisition and Identification Manager with extensive experience in the field. Currently at Coca-Cola HBC since May 2020, Andrei-Cristian is responsible for driving the Talent Acquisition strategy across Austria, Switzerland, and Romania, while managing local teams and implementing group initiatives. With a solid foundation in recruitment and HR consultancy from roles at ManpowerGroup Romania, Lugera & Makler, and Mind Evolution, Andrei-Cristian has consistently led teams and initiatives that enhance recruitment processes and promote diversity and inclusion. Educationally, Andrei-Cristian holds a bachelor's degree in Informatics from Ovidius University.
