Ebru Ozgen

Ebru Ozgen currently serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Coca-Cola HBC, a role assumed in September 2023, after a distinguished tenure at Coca-Cola İçecek from September 2010 to September 2023, where Ebru held positions including Chief Human Resources Officer, Finance Director, and Commercial Finance Manager. Prior to this, Ebru was the East Region Finance Manager at Coca-Cola İçecek from May 1997 to January 2005 and began a career at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Senior Auditor from September 1992 to January 1996. Ebru Ozgen holds an MBA in International Banking & Finance from the University of Birmingham, an LL.M. in Economics of Law from Bilkent University, and a BA in Business Management from the Middle East Technical University. Additionally, Ebru completed a Virtual Corporate Learning Program at Harvard Business School Online and a Strategic Human Resources Leadership program at Cornell University.
