Markos Serifios

Markos Serifios is an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in analytics and customer care. Currently serving as the Head of Planning, Sales Analytics, and Customer Care at Coca-Cola HBC since January 2022, Markos previously held the position of Supply Chain Director for Germany at William Grant & Sons, where a new supply chain department was established. With extensive experience at Diageo, Markos has managed teams across multiple locations and contributed to various roles, including Senior Demand Planner for Central Europe and Germany, where strategic initiatives improved supply chain productivity and inventory management. Markos has also worked with Bacardi, Van Leeuwen Buizen, and Hellenic Petroleum in various supply chain and logistics capacities. Holding a Master's degree in Supply Engineering and Logistics from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management and Technology from the University of Piraeus, Markos combines strong analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain operations.
