Milan Baosic

Milan Baosic is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Coca-Cola HBC. Previously held roles include Group Talent CoE Technology & Talent Sourcing Manager and Regional Senior Talent Acquisition & Identification Expert. Prior experience at NIS Gazprom Neft includes positions such as Recruitment Director, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Mass Recruitment Manager. Early in the career, Milan worked as a Consultant at Adecco. Academically, Milan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Human Resources from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, obtained between 2008 and 2021, and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Human Resources from the same institution, completed in 2008.
