Sherif Fouad is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in employee and people experience management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Employee Experience Manager at Coca-Cola HBC since November 2020, Sherif previously held the position of People & Culture Manager - Commercial, specializing in the employee experience at Unilever from September 2018 to November 2020. Sherif's career includes significant roles such as Head of OD, Recruitment, and Talent Management at Holcim, Plant & Commercial HR Manager at PepsiCo, and Performance Management & HRBP at Orange. Sherif holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Information Systems from Modern Academy and a Certificate in Human Resources from The American University in Cairo.
